Quick instructions:
Get the medicine from the red suitcase, which is buried in the wreckage (optional). Then take the first path on the left. At the fork in the path, get the suitcase with the knives. Go back to the beach. Take the third path from the left. Go past the plane wing to the fork in the path. Take the right fork. Now kill!
Everybody should take a crack at it, and get it out of their system now. That way, we won't have to hand out any more Darwin awards to those special individuals who believe that they are up to the challenge of taking a boar with throwing knives.
Don't forget to lead your target.
