Kill Bill - Uma's Knife

Watched "Kill Bill: Vol 1" (hectically violent) last night at the movies.

Just wondered if anyone knew what the knife is that Uma uses in her first 'knife fight' - in the house at the beginning of the movie.

Thought it might be something similar to an Applegate-Fairbairn Fighter, but am not too sure.

Anyone?
