Any other Kimber fans out there?

I have the Ultra CDP II, 84M Varmint 22-250, and 8400 Classic 300 WSM.

The 8400 is the newest addition. I've had the .45 and varmint rifle for a few years.
 
I have an Ultra CDP II and a Tacical Pro II. The Ultra CDP II is the most expensive POS Ive ever owned. Cannot go 200 rounds without a most heinous FTE that requires me to manually dig the empty out of the chamber.
 
I've got a series 1 blued gold match and the .22 LR conversion kit. I've actually been very happy with it.
 
i have had an ultra carry for several yrs now and its a good one, currently my fav 1911.
 
I have a Custom II with a .22 conversion kit and it (both) are great.

I had a Custom II (gave it to my brother). It's a good, accurate gun. Good looking too. I've since moved on to other guns, but I'd be just fine with that Kimber.

Never had one in over 2000 rounds. What are you using?
 
I've been a Kimber fan for a while, the full size is old enough to have OR markings on it.

I have the TLE and TLE II. Decent 1911's, very accurate.
 
My brother and I both have Kimber Ultra CDP II's for CCW. Both have functioned flawlessly. I wrung mine out the first day I got it by using up all of the 45 acp ammo I had laying around. I had an assorted 350+ rounds that I used that day. I had heard horror stories about the series II versions with the weird added safety so I shot it upside down as well as every fashion I could think of to see if the added safety would cause issues. Not a problem.
That was years ago and it still works perfectly when I bring it out.
 
I have a Special Edition Pro Tactical I bought from a local pawn/gun shop. I LOVE this gun, feel, fit, shooting, but have had a problem locating any history on it. It was pristine when I got it, and paid right around $500 for it, so I feel like I definately bought it right. Have been keeping my eyes out for another, maybe a full size. Or maybe a HK. Anyway, yeah, I love Kimber.
 
The biggest Kimber fan I knew of was VG. At one time he had three of them and he was very good with them.
 
Got to love them .Just put som crimson trace on two of them .Wow unreal i am now a believer in those .If you aren't sure DO IT no regrets .Gerry
