with some time on my hands, a sharpmaker, a small diamond sharpener and some sand paper, ive thined out the bevel on this delica...
its kind of convex now, thinner at the primary bevel anyway, cuts well, and its my first attempt of this kind of work
so what do you think ?

Now it needs to be polished to a mirror finish. :thumbup:

Looks good! What was the finishing grit? It seems to match the factory grind lines on the tang rather well.

the finishing grit of the sand paper was 600
i would have liked it more if i had the possibility to bead/sand blast it, but i guess the sand paper method would do just fine
as for the mirror polish, im not a big fan, and its an user, so it will get scratched, no worries there
