Yesterday I made the wife stop at my local knife shop. While there she said buy what you want for $100 or less......it must be the fact I was the designated driver and she had a couple margaritas. Anyhow, I choose an orange Delica4.

I have owned Spyderco knives since the early 90's and have never owned a Delica.........damn nice knife.

Now I need to find a SB. ;)

Love my orange Delica. So easy to carry slices like it was built for it.

I've been carrying a Delica since the mid-90s (usually with several other knives). It's a very good knife.

Im an Endura guy as well but do appreciate the leverage you get with the shorter Delica. I bring to
it to work all the time. Along with the SB, you should consider a serrated Salt1 and grind the tip down.

Nothing to be embarrassed about.
I've got 3 pink Squeaks on the way... now, that's embarrassin'.

I once ordered an Endura form an online dealer but was sent a Delica by mistake. After handling the Delica I almost kept it. But I had it exchanged for the Endura because I thought the size would be better for me. Although I carried the Endura for several years in a rotation and would be happy to do it now, I wish I d kept that Delica.

The delica was my work knife for maybe 2-3 weeks, then my rat-1 booted it out for good. Sounds crazy, but the aus 8 cuts WAY better than the vg-10. The delica is a solid knife tho, and will remain in my truck for days that I forget to grab a knife leaving the house. Its a solid back up knife for me.
