Kinda What is the best way to make bacon?

I figure there have to be a ton of good bacon recipes from folks on this forum. The topic might also be handy if certain people come into large quantities of this magical substance.

My most recent is brown sugar and black pepper and the bacon is sort of boiled/fried in the juices.
