After my O-ring order for an umnumzaan was denied by a company that sells them due to me living over in Oz, he was kind enough to send me a bunch for free. Really appreciate it, also brings you back down to earth and helps you realize although you might butt heads over opinions with people on forums from time to time, cos lets face it, it happens when you're talking in text, there are still a ton of good folks out there and friendliness and respect go a long way.
