A lot of "old line" companies don't have the best of service via the web. A phone call, and maybe a bit of persistence, might be worthwhile.

This Hardness tester has not been made for many many jears and they have moved their facilities and maybe have lost their information on it.

It would therefore only someone can help this equipment knows
