Kinzua Pa hawks

So these were found in a old farm being cleaned out in New York State. Anyone have a article or history in these tomahawks? These have never been carried or used by the looks of them. Looks like they were made by a company called Sheldon wells company. Any help would be great.

No idea but a very "Neato" find.

Kinzua, Pa. is where it was made, it's a Lewis pattern tomahawk, made by Sheldon-Wells Co., who also made other tools, as well as baseball bats. Look up Kabar tomahawk, you might find more info.
And Kinzua, Pa is no longer on any maps, it's at the bottom of a lake.

Edit: In fact, you REALLY should duplicate this thread in the Kabar sub-forum. I bet you get a LOT of interest!
