I thought I'd share this link with you guys since I haven't seen it on here before. My recollection sux, so forgive me if I've posted this before months back.

He forges everything by hand, and by forge I mean, knives, swords, axes, armor (at one point, though he stopped making suits of armor), daggers, etc. Also, what he forges is meant to be functional and not just show pieces without edge grinds.

He called this a "small" Claymore :-)
As I recall he would test the blade by taking a good swing at a Harley frame he had hanging behind his shop.

So cool. That one might as well be called a dreihander since it looks like 3 hands could hold it. Hehe.
