Should be available in the fall.

I like the overall shape/design of both of them but I'm not really feeling those handle textures. Other than that though, they look like pretty sweet.

I agree with this and I think in the other thread about new products I specifically mentioned the fish scale texture. I don't have a big problem with the Lambert one though.

I like the snap with the bullwhips handle texturing.
Same here. I love the overall shape of the Snap's blade and handle, but the large "hand grenade"-style texturing seems a bit unrefined and doesn't really do justice to the rest of the knife.

I feel the same way about the frag grenade texturing on the Lambert. I like HTM and DDR, but I don't like everything. I try to be unbiased, so I won't say I like something just because I like the brand. Those frag patterns def do nothing for me. I wouldn't mind seeing ETAC on those.

Looks good to me.

I have been interested in more collaborations with both of these makers for quite a while now.

wow, this is exactly what i was going to say. very nice blade profile, but the pictured scales kill it for me.

I have seen the Lightfoot for sale on some sights. Appears it is CPM-154 with bearings.
Yeah, the Lightfoot has been available for a little while now. Not sure about the ETA on the Lambert.

Also, the last I knew, the planned blade steel for the Lightfoot was 154CM, not CPM-154 (the powder metallurgy version of 154CM, which I've only seen on Darrel's customs so far). But when I went to the HTM website to check out the specs and try to clarify things, it had CPM-S35VN listed as the blade steel. So now I'm not sure what to think.

(They're all very good general-use steels, so performance-wise it doesn't really matter. But it would be nice to have definitive word on what the steel is.)

For me, the scales look a bit too much Meyerco and too little HTM. I would prefer something with G-10 offerings. And for the positive, I love the blade shapes. I like the belly on them so much that you could call me a Chubby Chaser.

I LOVE Kirby Lambert's stuff, he's definitely my favorite custom maker. Seeing a production collaboration with him is a sight for sore eyes, especially if this follows the custom Snap and has some sort of bearing system (Maxx Glide?). But I do have to agree, that handle really isn't befitting of the knife. I would love to see the Gunhammer ETAC style handles instead.
