Just finished this little sheath for a great customer.

Tobin Smith Kiridashi in s35vn (I believe), and carbon fiber scales.

7/8oz with a 4oz liner

Antique brown and beeswax finish.

I'm getting all kinds of artifacts and yuck out of my phone cam. :( The browns look red and the molding looks kinda lumpy in some of the pics. The photo also does the knife zero justice. It's a very fine knife!

The backside picture of the sheath probably looks the closest to what it really looks like, right? Thanks for sharing, I like the pocket clip and generally the idea of having a nice carry option for a kiridashi.

I was going to take a couple of last minute shots of the sheath but I forgot that I'd already tied it up for shipping. That butcher paper is actually really hard to tie up with only two hands. :)

I was able to get a couple of decent shots of the knife though. I may need to pick one of these up. I don't use my dashis in leatherwork much, but maybe I can justify it anyway. ;)

Okay, I unwrapped it. I promise these are the last pics. One thing I wanted to point out is that the top on the back piece doesn't bend at all. The clip interior between the layers is around 2/3rds the length of the sheath so the back piece is very stiff.

Those are pretty accurate.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen.

Nice work buddy, looking good. I was wanting to see some pics of your recent work. Show more.

Thanks Dave. I'm going to make an effort to take more photos. I expect a few knives soon in the mail so hopefully I'll have something nice to post.

Pics look great Anthony! I am very excited to get this. I rechecked the info Tobin sent about the dashi (it was part of a folder/kiridashi combo) and turns out the dashi steel is AEB-L. Thank you again; you are a TRUE artisan.

It has been a pleasure working with you Jimmy. I didn't realize you were a member here. :)

The pattern was actually based off of the pattern that Jimmy included with the knife. Sure made that part of the job easy.

AEB-L is definitely one of those steels that I look forward to trying. It's at the very top of my wanted list. So much so that it's a good thing I didn't know because you very well could have received a dull knife back. :D

I just received this dashi pocket sheath from Anthony. I took a few pics of my own, and at risk of sounding cliche, they do not do it Justice. Anthony is an extremely talented craftsman, and a hell of a nice guy to work with. I have already sent him my next sheath request; he's my go to leather goods guy for sure! Five out of five stars for Omega Leather Works!

Thank you for sharing, nice pictures of an equally great knife and sheath. Now I have a slight bout of kiridashi envy. ;)

Dang Jimmy, I should NOT have grabbed my phone. Should have just let you handle the pics instead. Seriously, those are nice. My wife loved the 'dashi by the way. I think the cf put it over the top. I'll see what she says when I show her your cf laden picture. :)

I really appreciate the kind words bud.
