That’s kind of what I was thinking.Personally I’d love a pocket sized chisel ground dashi. Maybe a 3 or 3 1/2 finger grip with a inch long blade
Post a picture of yours.I know they used to be really popular but there honestly a great lil tool. I use the one I have on my leather bench and as a marking knife when I have to do carpentry work, plus some other odd ball tasks around the house.
The new one will be a bit more stylish.I have a JK Kiridashi, you made one about 3 yrs ago. It currently resides with a client of mine. I wouldn't mind another with thin handles, Bocote to match all my other JK's.
Should it be chisel ground, with double grind as a no cost option?
