I have never been to a KISS conference:p but I have seen them in concert and you are correct, they know how to Rock-n-Roll!!

cool.

they were my first concert ever (original line-up) in 1978, for my 9th birthday (my mom took me, awwwww).

loved the showmanship and all, but shortly thereafter developed enough taste in music to outgrow theirs...

good memory though. :)

KISS was and still is one of my favs from the mid 70's. Went through basic listing to there stuff...

Kiss was my first concert. Went by myself and my mom dropped me off. Think I was 13 or 14. They rocked.

kiss is one of the very best live bands ever.i think the people who knock them have never seen them in concert.they are true pros,,love em!!hope they get in the rock and roll hall of fame.they deserve it.

I saw them in 2000 on their "Farewell" tour, original members, lol. It was awesome! I paid $90 for my ticket, 7th row. I had my moneys worth after the first two songs! Legendary band for sure

I've got tickets to the Houston show--way back in the 27th row. Should be interesting anyway.

I have a question???

Is Paul Stanley still in the the band???

and are they wearing the cool makeup and killer outfits?

One group I still wanna see...They are LEGENDS and Gene Simmon's
what a business man:thumbup:

Rock Out All....:)

Kiss Alive 2 was the first record I ever bought. On a similar note I'd like to say that xxxxxx still rocks even after 31 years! I'm flying to Austin to see him in less than a month! Sorry, didn't want to hijack the thread...I'm just excited.

My first concert was an Ozzy show that my mom also dropped me off for! LOL

I did not see KISS until the reunion tour, they kicked my butt, and I saw a few of the shows. I was lucky enough to be 4th row center at Charleston WV. I ended up in the second coming home video. My 15 minutes of fame that I am sure Grandma is still so proud of me for, that and the pics in Tattoo magazine!

For Psycho Circus I conceived me a KISS baby in Columbus Oh. She is 10 now, a big (110lb) tall (4'11") beautiful girl with the thickest long dark hair you have ever seen. I would love to go all out and dress her up as Gene for Halloween, but alas, she still thinks that Hannah Montana rules the world.

All nonsense aside, KISS is one band that aims to make sure you get your money's worth when you buy a ticket. I hope they are still doing it for a few years to come, I would love to take my daughter in a couple of years. I won't mention the fact that I was drinking and how her mom learned to never put bubble bath in the hotel jacuzzi tub.

Rock and Roll All Night and Party Every Day!

Bricky???

Seriously, my best friend in . . . 2nd? 3rd? grade was a HUGE KISS fan. Went to the 78 concert (maybe 77 or 76 - it's all so long ago). His mom took him too.

And I forget how his nickname was Bricky.

The new KISS album is pretty good. They really stripped it back and matched their 70s sound. Fresh & new and old & comfy all at the same time. Ace Frehley (the original KISS lead guitarist) has a brand new solo album out also, and it rocks hard. These guys kick butt even at sixty years old.
