Kissing Crane and ROSTFREI? Is that stainless?

So I bought a Kissing Crane stag stockman on Ebay with the assurance of the seller that it was high carbon steel in the blades.

But ROSTFREI is stamped on the back of the blades, does that mean that its not high carbon after all????

My understanding is that Rostfrei (Rust Free) means it is stainless. Also the fact the model number is KC30S rather than KC30 says to me, stainless.

Ok, I already paid, but sent a message explaining the carbon thing, hopefully he will understand. After all the product description does say its high carbon.

Keep in mind the "HC" in 420HC (a common stainless) stands for "high carbon". Carbon steel is carbon steel. Stainless steels can have a "high carbon" content, but rely on the addition of chromium and other elements to make them, er, "rostfrei".
