Hey I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of stainless Kitchen Aid uses. I have a set I assume my dad got out of WalMart. They're not bad knives, but the edge retention doesn't seem great.
Any budget knives like these with better wear resistance? Or maybe I just need a finer grit or less acute angle? My pairing went pretty dull cutting up 4 chicken breasts and skinning a bag of apples.
