Kitchen Cleaver --

Just finished this one up yesterday. 12 inches overall with a 6 1/2-inch cutting edge out of forged W-2. The handle is home-stabilized Honduras rosewood with mosaic pins. Couldn't get a decent pic of the hamon activity; but you get the idea.

This is a sweet cleaver! It has everything I like! What was the stock it was forged down from?

Luckily it was flat bar that was a little over 5/16 thick. Most of the forging went in drawing down that edge without screwing up the upper flats.
