Just finished this one up yesterday. 12 inches overall with a 6 1/2-inch cutting edge out of forged W-2. The handle is home-stabilized Honduras rosewood with mosaic pins. Couldn't get a decent pic of the hamon activity; but you get the idea. :D

Beautiful piece. Like the way you tapered the handle near the lanyard hole.
Is it part of a set?

Super cool piece Michael, love the hamon.

I've been wanting to make a cleaver but haven't found time to work it in. Maybe I should just order one from you :D

This is a nice cleaver:thumbup: ! What is the blade width and thickness? How much would a cleaver like this go for in W-2?

BTW, what is your opinion of W-2?
