I love those Mike!

I have two barkies for the kitchen, and they are sure the most used. I love the santuko style of knives too.

What is the name of that top one? It is great looking.

I dont really cook ( somthing i need to work on), but my brother does, and i talked him into getting some calphlon santoku knives in damascus. He really likes them, I think he has the chefs knife, the santoku the pairing knife and possibly the nakiri. I get to sharpen them.
 
Geez, Mike, you really beat on those, don't ya:D

The really, really, really sad thing is, I cooked in restaurants for almost 7 years (and may have to go back to it yet), I have some decent kitchen cutlery, and yet they're the dullest knives in the house:o I just never seem to find the time to take 'em out and thin out the edges, as they've all got some miles on 'em.
