My parents and relatives actually trusted me enough to make a set of knives for my cousing who is getting married next month. All are 440C, 1/8 for the small chef and Santoku. 3/32 for the paring knife. All have turquoise and black micarta with SS bolts that are blasted. I have to box these up and send them Monday. My mom (and anyone else who is smart) knows better than to trust the TSA to not steal valuables. BTW- the Santoku is hollow ground on the Right side.

Any thoughts?

Next up is a Kitchen Utility. Just a touch over 1/8 thick, cpm154, stablized amboyna burl, red liners and SS bolts.

only think i would say is give 3/32 a shot on the larger knives and 1/16 on the parer and full flat grind them (yep its a pain but its worth it )

Looks nice. Plus your right down the road from me so I may need to get in contact with ya soon :D
