Many years ago, when I was stationed in Japan, I bought my dad a kitchen knife from a local shop in Machida. He liked the knife, but he is a lefty so doesn't use it much. About a year ago I made him a kitchen knife with a left hand chisel grind. He liked it but wanted one a bit longer...so I made this one. This is my second kitchen knife.

Made it in .130 thick AEBL with a left hand grind. Satin finished to 500 grit. Handle is Blue G10 sculpted with stainless corby bolts. Tried it in the kitchen this morning and it works well!

Enjoy.

I can see in your future a bread knife, a few paring knives (all handles in the same blue). And also a custom blue matching wall mounted magnet in which to store & display said knives. Ya can't put that lovely creation in a drawer! That would be sacrilegious!
