I recently finished up this kitchen knife, couldn't make that many knives while I wrote the finals here in Germany, so this was a real stress reliever.
It is 33cm over all, with a 21cm blade and 12cm handle. The blade is 3.8 mm thick and ground to near 0.
It is made from 1.2510, a carbon steel which in my opinion makes great kitchen knives.
The handle is made from stabilized Hawaiian mango wood, bought from burlsource.us .
