as long you don't use taiwanese stainless steel you'll be fine.
I'm not sure that is fair. There are some knives made in Taiwan that are good value for the money.
Might start baking my own bread. I have one of those old machines that makes the round loaves. From those with experience, any suggestions on the best type of knife for slicing? I hate a smashed cut.
