well i grabbed one of my mothers old kitchen knives so i would have a large kitchen knife at my place.
so i sharpend it and it was sharp a week, so i was wondering if any one knows what steel they use for the victorinox 5.2000.22? i really dont want to buy anything with this steel in the future..
