S30V blade, 1/8" thick, full flat grind, convex edge, Black/green/natural G10 handles, 12.5" OAL.

Same specs, but a Santoku-ish style, black linen micarta handle.

Great lookin knives Taz! I really like the way the handles turned out and the over all shape of the blades. Those should make some fine using knives!
 
Those look great, Taz! Nice functional designs. I've got to try this soon, most of my knife use seems to be in the kitchen.:)
 
Those look great Taz.., and I like your choice of bladesteel :)...both 8" cutting edge I assume? Thanks for posting the pictures...very nice!

I am excited to see some nice Kitchen knives here... lately it seems like all that we see are just Tacticals and super-chopper's ...
I love them, they look like they give "Ronco" a run for his money *It slices, it dices, it chopps, it Julien's it... *
