Kitchen Knives - Chef/Bread/Carving?

I was fiddling with the "e-commerce/shopping cart" side of my web site, and I found that one distributor has the K01, K02, and K03 were marked as "close-out." Are they "close-out" at Spyderco, or is that just a decision of theirs?

The plain-edge utilities (4 1/2" and 6 1/2"), which were reintroduced at the same time as the above three, are still listed there as going concerns.

Hi James - At this time, Spyderco is not planning to close out any of the newly re-introduced kitchen knives. They are pobably closing out their inventory.

I bought the entire Spyderco set from Mr. Mattis. I use them everyday. My brother-in-law considers himself a hobbyist chef. He uses Henckels. I took a few of the Spyderco's to his house at a family get together and let him use them. He absolutely loves them. Thank you for reintroducing them.
