Here are the specs and pricing for the Kitchen Knife Series.

Kitchen Utility. 9 1/2" overall, 5" blade of 1/16" thick O1. $145.00

Paring Knife. This one is 7 1/4" overall, with a 3" blade, 1/2" tall, and 1/16" thick. Add a sheath to this and it would make a great knife for panfish or small game. $95.00
