I got a stainless steel damascus Kershaw Shun Classic paring knife at the Blade Show and thought some may be interested in some "up market" kitchen knives:

bought from Cutlery Shoppe some years ago -
this looks identical to the Hattori brand knife and even box that it came in.
7 1/8" blade - VG-10 core sanwiched (SanMai) between stainless steel Damascus 12" overall length full tang pakkawood handles.
