Kitchen knives

My roommate and I use the Paring and the Santoku for everything in our kitchen, they're they only kitchen knives we own, and all we need.
 
We have (2) four inch and (1) six inch kitchen utility knives. They're ridiculously nice and hardly ever need sharpening. :thumbup:
 
I have the serrated four incher, cuts great, and stays sharp. No rust issues yet.
 
Don't wait too long, unless I'm mistaken the kitchen knives are discontinued.
 
i managed to get a santoku recently, but it is packed (im moving soon)
from picking it up and holding it, it looks like i may start to enjoy cooking.
 
My wife and I own one of each model and two of the 4" utility models. There the only kitchen knives we use. Very ergonomic, holds a good edge and very handy for all the tasks we use them for. Highly recommended.
 
Until spyderco starts making forged kitchen knifes with integral bolsters, I'm going to stick with my Henkels.
