After sending an SOS to Mrs. Martino explaining the need for a small tater slicer/chicken mutilator/onion chopper for the kitchen, one of her famous triangle boxes appeared like magic this morning. Reckon I have the classiest kitchen knife in all of Corn Patch now! This is a rather petite rascal and admit it's cool! I'd show a photo op of it in use, but fellers, lemme tell you. Seeing taters getting sliced/diced/julienne fries ain't for the squeamish! Decapitating green onions is a real tear jerker, too, so please be happy with a few pics of my latest treasure from HI.!

Dhan Bahudur CAK! Love em! I thought you said you only needed one Khuk for chopping stuff around the house. Guess you gotta have something in the house too! Aunti Y set you up good! Cool looking orange wood too:thumbup:

Nice. I've had luck using a Reti for kitchen work, sliced a lot of potatoes at Thanksgiving.

Nice Bookie, I love the grip on that one, lovely! I can picture this in a backhand hold cutting potatoes like I used to cutting back into the pad of the thumb. I am afraid with one of these sharp beauties though I would wind up cutting my thumb as well as the potatoes. Think I would use a cutting board with this one.

I need a baby AK now! I will find a use for it, I cant believe I didn't think of that. I could be use it to cut my steak and taters. I want one for daily use now. Bookie has infected me with the mini hikv.

Kamidog, you impress me with that BALANCE CAK (Cute Ang Kitchen). Awesome!!

GB--Suuuuuuure. Blame it on poor ol' Bookie.

Great pix and post, thank you for sharing
