I pre-finish these high enough that I can leave the colors if they look good. It's a very popular bit of laziness. :)
 
Really slick design! Would make me want to be in the kitchen more often lol. Coke bottle the handle and add a choil/guard and you got one hell of an outdoor knife as well!

Thanks. That may be why I was compelled to finish the American Leuku (see other thread in here) the same week! :D

The kitchen is an excuse for cutting stuff, which is an excuse for cool new task-specific knives. It's an under-appreciated opportunity for collection enlargement in these parts!
