I just completed this pair. The petty is 5.5" blade in 26C3@63-64hrc. Stabilized walnut/micarta/g10 handle. The chef is 8.5" blade in 80CrV2@61-62hrc. Stabilized spalted hackberry/micarta/vulcanized fiber. Both with stainless pins. Thanks for looking gentlemen!
