I thought I would post all the kitchen knife models in one place.

Kitchen Utility. 9 1/2" overall, 5" blade of 1/16" thick O1. $155.00

Paring Knife. This one is 7 1/4" overall, with a 3" blade, 1/2" tall, and 1/16" thick. Add a sheath to this and it would make a great knife for fishing or small game. $110.00



Small Chef`s Knife

9 3/4" overall, with a 5" blade of 3/32" O1 $160.00





Not an actual kitchen knife, the Panfish would work well for kitchen duties.
8 3/4" overall, with a 4 3/8" blade of 1/16" O1. $150.00



 
The panfish for a kitchen knife has been perfect! I love it and more importantly my wife loves it!!!! its a do anything around the kitchen kinda knife, perfect!
