Kitchen set almost ready :)

Well, here is a good start to my house kitchen set of 7. I have added 1 more small paring knife and have the pattern ready for a more pointy utility knife to complete the set.

The next set will be stainless for the wife

These will be handled in green micarta and red liners.

Looks like a nice set, my friend. The pointy and paring additions will really round out the group.
How's the new shop working out? Still haven't finished my remodeling/expansion yet. Old and slow,slow and old.

shop is a mess so thats a good sign I really like the feel of the pairning knives and spreader
