Kitchen set for BLADE Show 2014.

Here is a 3 knife set I just finished for the BLADE show. A gyoto a santoku and a paring knife. All have 52100 blades with 416 SS bolsters and pins with cocobolo handles.



Gyoto Blade is 8.5"
