Couple of kitchen knives commissioned by a family friend. Pairing and all purpose. I had fun with these and am making a bunch more to sell at a local farmers market soon.
full tangs on these guys but i want to give the hidden tang a go on at least one next batch
paring knife is about4 total inches, the big guy is around 10
each is 3/32" thick 1095 high carbon steel
handles are Bloodwood, Maple inlay and African Blackwood bolsters
