Kitchen shears with Sandvik steel?

I've become rather partial to the Sandvik steels used in Kershaw and Mora knives. Are there any scissors which use these steels?

gomipile, you can look but I highly doubt it. The obtuse angles you get on a pair of shears really doesn't require high grade blade steel or for it to be especially hard. I honestly don't know that I have seen a description of the steel for shears that goes beyond "stainless." Based on Kershaw's 13c26n and 14c26n knives it would be awesome but probably cost north of $100 a pair.
Lower grade 12c27 might work but would still be overkill.
Good luck and let us know if you find them:thumbup:

Well, I've found several that use AUS-8. Perhaps those will be better than the mystery steel I'm used to.
