Help would be appreciated on an inexpensive slicer. I'm not looking for anything high end, she's very happy with the Swiss Army paring knives & chef's knife. It will also be going through the dishwasher

Something stainless that will hold an edge, probably thin as it will only be used (I hope) for slicing roast beef, turkey, etc.
