These are G-10 paring knives, and a Walnut and mosaic utility.

i really like the blade shape of the pairing knives. I have 2 o-1 knives in my kitchen and I love them both. I don't have a pairing knife in o-1 yet though....hmmmm.

Between you and Butch and Koster, if I ever win the lottery I'm going to need a separate kitchen just for knife stock.

I really like the looks of these. How long are these? Any spine shots to give an idea how wide the handles are?

Brian... I'll trade it for one of your Drop Point Companions... A great little knife... just wish I had the time to make a sheath so I could get it OUT of the kitchen... lol.

I dont have a companion either Thats the bad part about turning into a knifemaker........you somehow loose are your knives

well I suppose if you didn't do such D@MN fine work you wouldn't have to worry about selling out and being on backorder... not such a bad problem to have as a knifemaker... but like you said, you don't get to hang on to too many of your own
