Kitchen Utility

A customer contacted me about getting a kitchen utility knife to somewhat match this one-

He wanted amboyna burl since I was out of burgundy micarta-

It is 10" overall with a 5" blade length. 1/8 440C handrubbed Rc 58-59. Front edge is not sharp. Black G10 liners .020 thick (from the Bybees)

I like it. The swedge on the front should allow for finer detail work while the remainder of the blade is thick enough to do any kitchen task you can throw at it. Well done.
