Kiwi 3

For sure, looks like a great little back up, to a regular edc.
Looking at the steel grade on these, where are they made?

Back-up hell. That's plenty for an 'EDC' Most people carry more steel than they need anyhow.

The blade steel is 8Cr13Mov and it's made in China. I've herd it's quite comparable to AUS-8.

I totally agree. Over all I usually have three knives (Delica, kiwi, and honeybee on the keychain) and i've never had to use more then one at once. When i say Back up in my video i meant it more in an EDC sort of way, this knife has little to no self defence capabilities...

Received a Kiwi 3 yesterday from New Graham. Build quality is impressive for the price, but there were a couple small scuffs on the handle. Larger lanyard hole, compared to the regular Kiwis, is a plus. Shape of the Kiwi makes the lack of a lock pretty much a non issue while you're using it, but a half stop would make closing it a lot safer given the strong backspring. The backspring, coupled with the small Spyderhole and stainless steel handle, make one hand opening difficult and somewhat dangerous. As for size, it's just slightly larger than the Kiwi and Kiwi 2. Blade is 1/16" longer, handle 1/8" longer. Still fits nicely in the leather pouch that came with the locking Kiwis.
