I love my new Kiwi 4, but I was wondering if we might see some fancier versions like with carbon fiber, nishijin or steel scales? And perhaps with upgraded steels?

Unless you know a dealer or distributor that you can coerce or cajole into sponsoring and Exclusive, I'd imagine that, as with most Spyderco models, the probability of any future versions will depend to a large extent on the sales of the current one.

Yeah, I get that. I was just sorta hoping there might be plans a t Spyderco to bring out variations of the Kiwi 4, much as has been done with the PM, Delica, and Dragonflys. It would be gorgeous in carbon fiber with a black clip; almost a gentleman's knife. Since I know Sal Glesser often posts here I thought he might have some input.

I agree Willson- a cf with a little black clip would be a really good looking gents folder
