Kizer Cutlery Please Assist Me.

So, I have a 2nd hand Kizer titanium Gemini. Nice knife! I got it all dirty and took it apart to clean which I know voids the warranty, but that's ok because I am not original owner anyway. Unfortunately I lost one of the bushings that goes between the bearing and the scale. It looks like this:

I lost the one on the non-lockbar scale (pretty sure the bushing is the same for either side scale). I would be happy to purchase the piece I lost if someone could point me in the right direction to do so.

I'm not affiliated with Kizer but in the past they've given Service@kizercutlery.com as a point of contact for warranty service. The Gemini is a great knife, good luck!
 
I sent an email 2 days ago to the Kizer customer service link posted above and also sent an email message on the Kizer website and have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I am still hopeful that someone with Kizer Cutlery will make contact and offer some option for me to purchase this small bushing for my Kizer folder.

I am certainly open to any further suggestions.
 
Good news to report: I got an email from Kizer Service last night and they said they will send out the bushing I need for my Gemini, apparently at no charge to me. Now that's some good customer service in my book. Thank you Kizer customer service! :thumbup::)

Just wanted to post an update to this thread: I got the bearing bushing I needed in the mail today. Kizer was kind enough to send the part I needed plus an extra bushing and bearing all at no charge to me even though it was my fault I lost the part while I was doing a disassembly and re-assembly. Once again, my hat is off to their customer service ethic.

I am grateful to have my Gemini back in service. I like to add custom touches to some of my knives sometimes, and so while I had the Gemini apart, I made a thin ivory micarta piece and onlayed it on to the face side scale. I also added a woven leather lanyard with a celtic bead which I think complements the whole package. The previous owner removed the blue anodizing from the pivot, screws, and clip. (See photo below.)

very nice package! I have to say that I'm impressed with the lanyards that I've seen on knives, whether Kizer or otherwise. I'll have to talk to some folks about looking into possibly some lanyard beads to accentuate the lanyards.
