Kizer cutlery?

What are we dealing with here I see them popping up all over the place but I feel like I know nothing of them they don't state their country of origin they say they have vg10 so are they a seki japan knife or what?

VG10 is a Japanese steel, which seems to be exportable to China, beyond that I have no idea.

Kizer Cutlery knives are made in China using VG-10 and S35VN from Japan and U.S. Both KnifeCenter and KnifeWorks carry the Kizer Cutlery line.

I know i read a thread recently that they supposedly stole a design from tim britton called the tango but after reading the whole thread i am still not sure who to believe.,
Kizer claims they sold the design to tim but reserved the right to produce their own model of it for a certain amount of time but tim denies
this but continues to allow kizer to sell these with no apparent legal action taken... so i don't know who to believe.

I just don't like the shady Chinese business. Especially when I email him and all he did was push me to aliexpress and them emailed me 3 times in 2 hours asking when I was going to order.

Not into them as prices are high....I am ignoring the claims and politics......and looking at price for what ya get. I don't see a big advantage over the usual brands based on price alone. Course I could be wrong...won't be the first or last time.

Had nothing to do with price or materials for me it had to do with when I contacted them they totally ignored my questions and had the "we are the freaking best knife company ever no one can compete with us just buy it at ali express right this second" when in my experience ali express is just a counterfeit plagued shipping horror story nightmare.

^ its mostly fake. I also dont like how the flipper protrudes so far below the handles on many of the kizer models. it gets in the way of cutting...
