Hi guys, I've been a member here for a couple years but have never made a video review of a knife before. After attempting today let me just say; some of you do a really great job at making it look easy!
I used my phone and for some reason it kept slightly moving and refocusing, not sure of every time my arms touched the table it moved or what. I didn't have any way of holding the phone at the right angle so I grabbed the knife block in the kitchen, removed all but 2 knives and rigged it up to hold the phone.
Anyways, it's a pretty brief overview that doesn't go into much detail. Usually when I watch knife videos on youtube I'm mainly looking for 3 things - 1) See what the knife looks like in hand 2) See what it looks like in comparison to other knives 3) See what the fit & finish it like. So that's what I focused on. I'm surprised I was able to keep my 4yo daughter quiet for 4 consecutive minutes.
