Kizer mini harpoon sheath fix

The mini comes with a terrible belt clip, here is what I did to fix that. Used a Mod W DCC clip, cut the oem clip fasteners and barrels to 1/2 length with a dremel. Had to drill one hole for new clip to mount properly. Used a tiny touch of blue loctite and then covered with drop of gold paint. Very comfortable now IWB carry. I also used a hair dryer to tune the kydex retention to my liking. Removed the scales and buffed them lightly. These come so sharp edge don’t need edge work.
