Kizer Soze- Has anyone bought or handled one?

I just saw BladeHQ has them in stock (at least blue) and I'm curious about first impressions. This has been on my wish list for quite a while, but I can see this as design that might require some "debugging" in early production.

Surprised no comments here. Seemingly talking to myself but I just noticed that the blue version on BladeHQ shows a pocket clip with 1 screw and the carbon one has 2. Kind of odd, although they might be prototype pictures.

I noted when you started this thread, and opted to not reply at first.

Between here, reddit, discord, and in private conversations with a lot of YouTube reviewers, I haven’t heard anyone express interest in this knife. The buzz seems to be about 0. I’m sure some will move, but I don’t think it will be a big mover.

I’ll summarize my personal feelings on this design like this: nope.

It’s an interesting design, for sure, but I can’t say that it interests me much at nearly $200 given that it doesn’t seem particularly practical. It looks like something I might pick up at the end of the year when companies start liquidating stock.

Maybe I should wait until they are being blown out; seems like I'm the only one that likes the design. Not "practical", more of an artsy design. I am also a fan of Isham's aesthetic, although most of what he does for WE is over the top. I own a Megatherium and a Theta and like them both, even with the Thetas weak detent/deploy. Mine is pretty good though; no worse than a couple of others I own. I'm also a huge Kizer fan, so there's that too for me.
I appreciate the feedback for sure.

I like the design, and it would be neat to own a folding dagger that is decently priced. What put me on the fence was their decision to just sharpen one side, which might be silly since I could always try and do that myself, but with other knives that I also like out there one that I have to change to really like I am unsure I should get one. Still considering it though.
