Sorry for my last post(s), got a little ancy trying to find some more about this knife and accidently double posted (and skipped the rules, sorry again).
So I've found it on their website, its just the details of the etching are different. The one on the website has what looks like branches in the background, so I still havnt found this exact one. I took a close-up picture of the portion where its different from the one on their website. Anyone got some more places I can check around for it? The curiosity is killing me now, because Kizlyar Knives website doesnt have the same design as this one

 
Hmm, not sure I understand the question, but it is entirely possible that the design was not photographed and placed on the website. It happens quite often with smaller companies that are starting out and there is one person doing the work on the site. If it is indeed killing you, email the company.
 
Ive found multiple websites with close to the same knife but the etching on it has more detail around the tail of the snake, and the writing on the side of the knife in most pictures says Gurza 2, but ive found one or two that has the russian writing on it, but still has more detail in the same area. Ive gone to their website, other retailers of their brand of knife, russian sites, czech sites, and a few others, amazon, ebay, and nothing still.

Update: I've emailed Kizlyar Knives but ive gotten no reply yet, so im still waiting on that.
