Hi everyone.
Some time ago , one of my knives was lost or maybe stolen on the post office in Belgium !! At least the shipping company payed me the whole money from ensured package . But it took them 3 months !! Poor customer has to wait all this time till the case was closed. So i made the new knife and as little compensation i made small kiridashi as a gift.
I hope he will like it There is the picture of the lost knife too , so if anyone see it, please let me know . It is different from others similar that i made by strange carbide structure in the middle of the blade.. it goes in straight line ..see you soon with another knife .. Thanks for watching PM

Blade - 5 layered "sanmai" - 1,2842 (O2) steel + pure nickel
Handle- Arizona ironwood , stainless steel rivets
Average length - 26 (approx- 10,2 inches) , blade - 13 cm (approx-5,1 inches).
Blade width at widest point 50 mm , blade thickness 4 mm.
