klingon blades

Sweeeeeet!!!!!

not much of a Star Trez fan but just cant resist this is awsome.
Thanx for sharing man......

Myself and another Trekie at work have considered writing a program for our CNC plasma cutter to "burn" out Bat'leths! It would cut the entire blade out of 1/4" S.S. in about 30 seconds. Unfortunatly writing the program would take considerable time

After reading the info on the site they would have to be sized to fit their owners??? Maybe some day!! Gotto go, Voyager is comming on.......

Dr. Lathe,

its great to hear that.
Please let me know, when your program is finished and you really are able to make a bat'leth. (Maybe you can post a pic?)

I am very curious for the result.
Great Idea!!!

"Is it easier to fight them or to kill them?"

My daughter is a crafter. One of the people she would run into periodically at a show made the 'Bat'Leths.' The prices were about $150, IIRC. So, they are fairly common at craft shows. Walt
